These terms govern your use of the FelixFusion public API, documentation, and API keys.

Acceptance

By creating or using an API key, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an API key or use the API.

Permitted use

You may use the API to:
  • browse public dataset metadata
  • query supported public datasets
  • retrieve pricing locations and published reports
  • build internal tools, research workflows, and analytics on top of the documented endpoints
You must use the API only through documented interfaces and in compliance with applicable law.

API keys

  • You are responsible for all activity performed with your API key.
  • You must keep API keys confidential.
  • You must not embed production API keys in public client-side code, public repositories, or shared screenshots.
  • You should revoke and replace any key that you believe has been exposed.
Create and manage API keys in the app at app.felixfusion.ai/settings/api.

Prohibited use

You may not:
  • attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, or rate limits
  • interfere with the availability or integrity of the API
  • scrape, overload, or probe the service in a way that creates operational risk
  • resell raw API access without written permission from FelixFusion
  • use the service to violate law, regulation, or another party’s rights

Rate limits and service controls

FelixFusion may apply request limits, row limits, concurrency limits, or other protective controls to keep the API stable for all users. FelixFusion may suspend, throttle, rotate, or revoke API access if use threatens platform reliability, violates these terms, or creates security risk.

Availability and changes

The API may change over time. FelixFusion may add, modify, deprecate, or remove endpoints, fields, datasets, and limits. FelixFusion does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the API or of any specific dataset.

Data usage

You are responsible for how you interpret and use API responses. You should validate outputs before using them in trading, dispatch, compliance, or other production decision flows.

Termination

FelixFusion may suspend or terminate access to the API at any time if these terms are violated or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk.
